Reaching goals, one step at a time [Progress Report]

I am glad to announce that I have lost about a third of the weight I have wanted to lose! While it’s a long time coming, I finally started dedicating my diet and physical activity to reach my goal starting at the beginning of January. I am pleased with my results so far.

I have been going to the Boxing Club and taking hour long classes between 3-4 times a week for the last several weeks, in addition to paying more attention to what and how much food I ate and eliminating sodas from my diet during the weekdays.

I have a friend who just lent me the Zone Diet book, and I will be attempting to try it out in the near future.

In other news, I just moved into a new studio apartment! I love it so much better than my previous renting situation. It’s a little smaller and more expensive, but the location and quality of the building really makes up for it.
